Moisture-hardening single-component polyurethane primer for waterproofing non-heating cement-based absorbent substrates, free from solvents, water and plasticisers, odourless and non-hazardous; highly fluid and exceptionally penetrating

• Permits installing wood floors on cement-based screeds with residual moisture of up to 5 %
• Solvent-free
• Odourless
• Suitable for dust-proofing and strengthening treatment of dry cement-based absorbent substrates, which may be heating, also incoherent and not very compact
• To strengthen and fix the powder in incoherent and powdery cement-based absorbent substrates
• For making up synthetic mortars with very high performance when mixed with sand
• Application with a roller or brush
• Low viscosity
• Exceptional penetration
• Very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC)


Applications

• As a primer for preparing cement-based screeds (residual moisture < 5-6%) and anhydrite-based screeds (with sanding residual moisture < 1%) for installing wood floors with ASOWOOD SMP 100, ASOWOOD EP 100, ASOWOOD EP 150
• As a screed strengthener and, admixed with quartz (0.5 – 1.0 mm), as a smoothing compound and mortar for quick repairs.
